Using your level-up to lift your rig

Does anyone intentually use their level-up system for lifting their rigs off the ground for tire changes or brake work? I know out camping, a few times one side or the other would be lifted completely off the ground when leveling..

The Lippert manual says not to...probably for safety reasons, if you are going to remove wheels, always, I repeat ALWAYS use jack stands. That being said, when you lift the whole coach, the spring shackles tend to flip on the equalizer.

    Hi Jim & Kerry (@Gsport),

We do not recommend that you use your leveling jacks to lift the tires off the ground in order to perform service.

    Best regards,
