Insignia Oven Will Not Light

The Insignia oven in my 2021 Solitude 373 will not light. I have searched the forum on this issue, but I am not sure it is the igniter. All 4 burners light. There is electrical power to the unit as the oven light works. When I turn the knob to ignite, I here the clicking sound (same sound to light the 4 top burners). I have tried holding the knob in for 5 minutes and no luck. I do not smell propane gas. We are the second owner of the 373. It was only used for 3 weeks and looked liked the oven had been used sparingly. This is the first time that I have tried to light the oven.
Thanks in advance for your help. My wife is an unhappy camper.

On ours it takes more then 5 sec, more like 30 if not more. The first time I tried to light it I ended up using a bbq lighter lite on the burner and that's when I notice that it takes a while.

5min is not normal.

I use BBQ lighter and hold it under thermocouple for few minutes. Sometimes I even tap thermocouples with end of BBQ lighter a few times. Always hard to get oven started.

When I spoke with the Best Buy for business rep about our melted knobs, he said that this model has had "thermal issues" and had been redesigned. They shipped me a new stove as parts were not available. I would pursue a warranty claim. They were great to deal with.
