2022 303RLS passthru touch pad question

Well, my camper has done me proud, except one issue. My touch pad in the pass thru is on....showing a dark blue blank screen. Short of disconnecting the battery, I can't turn it on or off or anything. I know I can take it back to dealer, but, like to try and fix first......options?
