The exterior crack is at the rear of the Schwintech slide? trying to figure out from the picture is hard to tell. I'm curious as to what the real cause is..odd that there is also a crack in the interior also. Make me wonder if there is a crack or bad weld in the wall frame.

Sorry for the confusion, the exterior crack is just above the upper rear corner of slide out #1 , driver side or kitchen slide.
The interior crack on the wall of the bedroom is just forward of the lower front corner of #, or bedroom slide.John, Susan & Luke

John @jkwilson - this is the first I have seen this on any 303 for either the lower front inside corner of the BR slide or the upper rear exterior of the kitchen slide. I am curious as to how each other corner both inside and out look for each of the 3 slides. Trust you have already checked out and nothing unusual which is good.
Jerry McCarthy shared the same with me about the relief section and exterior rubber cap strip where the bedroom slide is due to the frame flexing that can and does occur in this area with fivers as you shared. Jerry also shared that he had seen no frame issues with any 303 when we had our conversations and walls replaced in spring of 2018. As shared by others, it certainly could be different with your 303 but based on what you have posted hopefully not.
I would suggest contacting GDRV customer service center to share your findings and pictures. Their vast experience in working on thousands of GDRVs for nearly 10 years will certainly be of interest and value in diagnosing what could be more serious or not.

GD customer support told me the cracks "could be from water infiltration due to the seals."
I asked for clarification of his comment but haven't heard back. I have a hard time thinking seals above one slide caused cracks in two very different locations. Especially considering the drought we've been in and that our rig is stored under cover.
The manager of the repair shop where our rig is being repaired said there's no way water caused the cracks.
"You take a big piece of fiberglass (the wall), cut two big holes in it (slide outs 1&3), and something's got to give considering 5 years of ownership, boon docking and trip to Alaska."
Thoughts?
Thx,
