2021 Grand Design 5th wheel Reflection
On March 23rd we upgraded from a TT to 5th wheel. Fell in love at first sight. Brought it home and noticed a huge cut out in the underbelly. Thinking now it is compromised for 4 seasons. Finally planned a trip and when loading it up needing the slide out it tore up the flooring. A screw did it and bent the metal glide too. While on our trip in May in South Dakota the voltage regulator went out. Had to have mobile service come replace it. One of our recliners stopped reclining and couldn’t open our fridge door.
Driving back home in June we noticed a noise in the wheels on the right side. We took it to service to have everything fixed and checked out. They had it 3 weeks. Took it on a weekend trip over the mountains to Grand Junction and the noise was still there. We were told it was fine. Coming home a wheel sheared off of our unit. Thank goodness we were fine and no o e was hurt. Called service and they fixed it and reimbursed us. We also told them something was wrong with the batteries. They knew others the wheel came off too. They replaced the batteries too. Needed a new ladder installed as well. It took 8 weeks for these items to be taken care of. They delivered it to us and we noticed that the ladder did not get bolts to fasten down. Crazy! They sent a tech out and he fixed it. The roof is now compromised because somewhere, somehow something tore up our roof. The tech sealed it back up. Grand design has sent us a survey to take and I told them everything. Of course we have not heard a thing.
My question is, should we call Grand Design and consider lemon law?

The majority of state lemon laws specifically exclude RVs. I would recommend calling GD Customer Service and speaking with a supervisor. I'm sorry you've had all these issues!
