Hi and welcome ! You could contact GD customer service, they may have the fix and if not possibly replace it under warranty.
I think those pole tables are inherently wobbly, the one we had in the past was. We got rid of it and used tv trays when we needed a table

If you don't use it for a bed also, you can mod or replace it with something less tippy.
The old conversion tables were kind of a pain to set up compared to this style.
