Xls 23lde

Hello: I'm new to the forum. We are currently considering the 22MLE and the 22RBE, but this new 23LDE floor plan is very intriguing.

Has anyone actually been able to purchase one yet? Or walked through it. There is very little material online about it as it's new for 2022.

Very interesting floor plan. What we really really like about the 22mle is that its 100% usable with the slide in. It came handy multiple times. With the 23lde you will only not have access to the stove. What the 22mle could use is a little more space in the bathroom. Not much more. I see some similarities between the 23lde and 2500rl which is a floor plan that I really like. Having the bath in the middle gives you a little more room. Having 2 doors between the living and sleeping space will probably give you a little more sound insulation if someone wants to stay up later or gets up earlier. Anything thing that I like about the 22mle is the furnace is in the back and h/w tank and fridge on the street side. This way it doesn't bug you when sitting under the awning when they come on. It might be the same with the 23lde. Another great feature with the 22mle is all the storage room. Hard to tell with the 23lde. Having both a dinette and lounge is great. Another observation with the 23lde is the higher UVW but the same GVWR. I'd love to see pic of the 23lde. I think it might become a popular model in the xls class.
