Could have had one when new but if you had it working then this would not be an issue.

I had problems with the same TV. It would work, but not like it was suppose to. I contacted TCL and they had me do a series of test. That didn't work so they had their service Rep install a new mother board. A different problem developed and they replaced the TV.
This occurred while we traveled 6,500 miles this summer. I would schedul their Reps visit when we were in one location for a couple weeks. They shippped me a new TV when we returned home.2020 F250, 7.3 gas, Solitude 2930

It's a shame that they are putting these garbage TVs in our rigs, especially a Solitude (top of the line). I solved all of my TCL problems by throwing it in the dumpster and hanging a Samsung.

We tolerated our TCL in our Reflection for a couple of years. It would turn off at random times, and the audio was trash. When it died, we got a Visio from Walmart. It's been great. And the TCL went to the local recycling center in the town where were camped.
The mounting holes on the televator didn't match the holes on the TV, however. My husband had to make an adaptor to mount it.

+1 for this. We had lots of trouble with the TV in the Thor. We tossed that TV in the dumpster and hung a replacement that worked flawlessly from day one. Sometimes you have to pay to play. If I’d bitten the bullet and replaced the TV on day one I’d have avoided chronic “Thor Warranty Stress Syndrome”.

Mine did this and it was dead... tried everything and no-go. Replaced with Vizio and added a power switch at the plug so every time the trailer power cycles the TV doesn't try to do what ever it does each time power is restored. Not sure that had anything to do with killing the TV but better safe than sorry. Now we only power up the TV when ready to use.
