    Others have had this problem, and depending on which model TCL tv you have there may be a reset button either on the side or the back that has had some success.

    The TCL tv should be ac powered. No power when shore power/gen/ is removed. Do you have an ac/dc powered one? I personally have not heard of or seen one.
