TCL tv will not turn on

My brand new 22 Solitude 390RKR has an issue with the TCL tv in the living room.

The outlet itself is getting power, the light on the tv flashes when it's first plugged in, but it doesn't turn on via the remote or the manual power button. I've unplugged countless times, held the power button for 60 seconds while the unit was unplugged, tried plugging it into a different outlet. Nothing works. The LED lights around the tv don't light up either.

The LED lights on the TV itself? Or are these LED lights separate from the TV, and part of the room lighting?

They seem to be wired with the tv. They are literally taped to it. They used to provide backlighting when the tv was in use. If they are controlled by a switch in the coach somewhere, I haven't found it. I've only seen them power up or down in conjunction with the tv.

Try plugging in a known working device into that outlet.

Try pressing the “Home” button on the remote after you turn it on. It may be on but only displaying a black screen.

There is also a reset button on the back of the tv by the hdmi and usb connections. Hold that for about 30 seconds.

Nothing. No power. No light on the bottom near the TCL logo.

The power light on the bottom only briefly flashes when first plugged into an outlet. Blink and you will miss it.

I didn't see it today when I messed with it, I'll try that tomorrow.

My husband absolutely hates this camper.

Did you remove the battery insulation tab that prevents the batteries from drawing current until the insulation is removed?

The tv has one?

It worked for about a month in our seasonal site, then this started after not being there for a week.
