Truck Bed Covers
I am wondering what my options are if any for a bed cover with a below the rail tool box and 5th wheel hitch.

I have a Retrax in a F250 6.5' bed, and a Curt A16 hitch. The Retrax clears everything and there is no interference with the trailer hitched.
One thing to watch... Even though the tool box is below the rail, make sure the locking mechanism on the cover will clear the top of the toolbox. That is going to be more difficult since the tool box is already in place. I had the cover first so I was able to get the measurement I needed and order a box that would work.2010 Jayco 26(SOLD)

I have a Pace Edwards JackRabbit retractable tonneau cover. Covers my entire bed, including my Reese 16K 5th wheel hitch. It came with a lock and bed light. Been using the JackRabbit covers on all my F150's since 2004. They hold up well to UV, and, works and still looks great after 8 years on my 2013. Can even get replacement parts from the manufacturer if needed.
