Heat pump issue

No heat strips. Themes have been in the mid to upper 40’s. We had a heat pump in our other camper and it worked just like our house heat pump. This one is working totally different.

Bummer, sounds like a fault of some type.

They are the dometic brisk air 2. Not sure about your other question.

Ask your local hvac guy if they work on heat pump window units. If they say yes have them check out your unit. Same type of set up, sounds like a temperature setting on the defrost settings. If not set correctly it will make it go into defrost way to early.
