How to fill dual water tanks via the sanitze method

I have read here of various ways that people use to make the tank refill process in a boondocking situation work better.
I believe I found an issue that has not been discussed yet.
This only applies to units that have 2 fresh water tanks and the Nautilis system,
You will have two fills, with each having a check valve. If you hook up your siphon hose to one tank and attempt to siphon it will not work very well. The reason is that the check valve for the other tank fill will allow air into the system . So it acts very much like a hole in a straw.
That fill port needs to be sealed air tight. I used a garden hose shutoff valve on it. Actually I have one permanently on each fill port to keep from wearing out the plastic threads.
Doing this, I can pump 6 gallons into the tanks in 5 minutes. I have not tried this yet, but I think that time may be able to be improved upon by removing the check valves. With the hose shutoff valves attached permanently, the check valves serve no purpose.

Can you fill a rig with one water tank from the “sanitize setting”?
