    Window Treatments - blinds

I cannot figure out how to remove the blinds, and possibly the valances.
    Has anyone done this before?
    How hard is it?

I'm sure it has been done. It would help to know what model and hear your RV is - there are a lot of different variations of window treatments and blinds over the years and among models/lines.

If you have roller type shades, then one end can be pushed up and slid over in that direction to disengage the pin in the opposite end (you might need to slightly rotate the shade while gently pushing up just in case it binds a little bit).

Basically, there are two brackets, one has a hole for the pin, and the other end has a slot that a "blade" slides down into. The "blade" end is the end that holds the spring mechanism that allows you to roll the shade up and down. The "blade" is what you are lifting up in order to slide the pin end out of the hole.

Once you get the shade out, you can probably look inside the Valance to find the screws to remove the Valance.

We have a 2020 GD Imagine 2450RL and just replaced the roller shade at the kitchen sink.
This valance is screwed to the upper cabinets with 2 screws and the shade is attached to the valance by 2 brackets that the shade frame snaps into.
Even though the shade snaps into these clips it is difficult to to release with the valance in place.
The valance attaches differently at other locations, typically with metal brackets screwed into the wall and into the valance box.
    Hopefully this helps.

    Thank you for your response.
Turns out that the blinds in my 2018 Solitude has United Shade shades.
They do not slide back and forth like the ones you referenced.
These have two tabs in the very top, that you need to push in to release the shade assembly from the shade brackets.

Going to take possession of 2020 Solitude 310GK in a few weeks. Can you inform what type of window blinds come with this unit?.
Does it have both Day (Tan) & Night (blackout) shades or only the tan Day shades?

    thank you

Our 2020 model (built Jan, 2020) came with pull-down roller shades that are beige blackout vinyl.
