Alternative to Pay for Membership?

Is there an alternative to paypal to pay for membership? The only option I see to pay with Paypal.

PayPal is the only way. but....... using PayPal you can elect to pay via a credit card rather than directly from a bank account. You still have to sign up for PayPal but you get to pick your pay options.

Actually, when I have used the PayPal system for things, I have not had to sign up. Once you start the process, it will take to an option to pay directly with a credit card.

That has always been my experience. No need to "log in" to pay.. Is just another credit card processer in this instance.
