Has anyone had problems with their three piece sliding shower doors? Ous have become very hard to slide.

Nope. Works fine.

Mine is fine also, tho I'm not thrilled with cleaning the tracks. Use sponges, & a scraper I found on Amazon...still not a fan.
Maybe the globs of silicone they use in the tracks sticks up to much & makes it stick?

I fixed it. One of the rollers had come unscrewed. Major PITA to remove the entire track, slide the doors off and tighten the screw. I used locktite so maybe it will stay tight.

Common issue with the 3 piece glass doors. Your fix with locktite was the correct fix. We did our the exact same way. It’s awkward to lift the track and slide the doors off to gain access to the loose screws but doable with 2 people.
