Road Hazard Warranty for trailer tires

I'm looking to buy a second spare.
The thought of getting two flats on the same side and having one spare is... well, the kind of luck I have.
Can you get road hazard warranty for TT tires?
Two different tire shops quoted me prices with Road Hazard, but when I read the exceptions,
they specifically says that Motor-home and travel trailer tires are exempt.

Some RV-specific plans (i.e. Good Sam's, etc.) offer that kind of coverage with their roadside assistance plans. I haven't come across it anywhere else myself. Perhaps someone will come along who has. I lost a fifth wheel tire to a piece of rebar about six years ago... it was on my dime.

Just check around the forums and you will find the Good Sam Tire & Wheel Protection plan is just another money grab! The posts on trying to get approvals or reimbursements are parallel to complete lack of service that all their programs are now known for. Pity, and another new normal it seems. Put away $20-25 bucks a month for a tire fund. Tap it if you need, and if not you will have a nice chunk to offset the cost of a new set when time to change them all.

Be sure you know how and have the equipment to tie up an axle so you can run on three wheels. It can make the difference between being stranded on a busy road or limping at low speed to a parking lot or rest area.

Where would I find that information?

Basically you remove the wheel from the problem spindle, raise the empty axle end somewhere close to normal position and anchor it to the frame with a strap or chain. It will make you mobile in an urgent situation.

Thanks. We're good to go, as we have chains and straps.

I'm looking into road hazard thru one of the many road side protection plans I have.
Never thought of running that three legged dog idea. Good one in a pinch.
Luckily, I'm put up for the winter. I'll at least have two spares by spring. Road hazard or not.

We replaced our first Westlake when the rig was about 4 months old. Put on Goodyear Endurance. When we got home from that trip, we replaced the other 3 tires with Endurance tires. But we kept the 3 Westlakes and tossed them in the back of the pickup to carry as extra spares for our Alaska/Canada trip (just in case). When we got back home, we gave the (unused) Westlakes to our neighbor who has a couple of utility trailers that he rents out.

This year, we got new tires. Again Endurance. And replaced the original Westlake spare with an Endurance tire.
