    4 Point Electric Leveling System

I have a 2020 303RLS with a 4 point leveling system. On our last trip out in early October i noticed my rear jacks would not go down manually using the control panel. They will retract just fine but will not go down. They do go down automatically when i select Auto Level.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is it something i can fix or reset myself or am i looking at a trip to the dealer?

    Thanks.

Interesting, we have the same model and year. I can't say I have ever experienced the legs not going down manually, whether it is the front or rear. I have had to reset the leveling system one time. I know it has been mentioned on a thread here about how to reset the system.
If you look in your RV Manual from GD, it tells you how to reset the leveling system. Give it a shot and see if it will correct the issue. I can't say for any reason why it would not go down manually. Good luck with the issue, hopefully you can resolve it.

Seems to me that there was some documentation about having so much distance between the ground and the retracted rear jacks. If you used blocks when leveling it may have caused the error. I too would recommend doing the reset procedure to see if that solves your issue.

We always use blocks when auto leveling to deploy the rear jacks. Maybe ours too would give us an error if we tried to manually set them as well? Chances are, reseting it would probably correct the issue.
