After-the-sale support from dealers is generally abysmal. They definitely do not proactively push, and if you ask around enough you will finds the folks that work the warranty aspects at dealer end are the most turned over positions!

Did Lippert authorize 2 hours for inspection or repair? Not sure which sense you mean with facilitate - inspect & arrange or actually implement. Former would be reasonable, and latter says they know exactly what's broken. Lippert has been challenged with poor quality welds...

FYI - camber measurements are quick and easy and no special prep needed.
