Okay, I'm assuming you are talking about the website, accessed through your browser, right? If you are using Chrome, or a Chromium derivative browser, like Brave it even MS Edge, there are plugins you can use to theme websites.

MoonShadow had the correct answer. The forum software does not have Dark theme.
