    12V Refrigerator Powered Off

Bought my first travel trailer, GD Reflection 320MKS in December 2021. I currently have my DG connected to a 30AMP circuit, running one AC unit. My DG has a solar panel, I placed a cup of ice in the freezer, closed all my slides, returned a couple of days and the cup of ice melted. The refrigerator\freezer was not cold. Is this normal for the 12V refrigerator\freeze to "turn off" while connected to shore power? Do the slides need to remain opened in order for the refrigerator\freezer to stay cold?

Is your battery disconnect switch on or off?

    Check for a blown fuse.

It’s not been colder than normal there, has it? As odd as it seems, a refrigerator/freezer can suffer from a warm freezer if the ambient temperature approaches normal refrigerator temperature.

Is the light working? Either way, I think the next step would be to verify you have 12V at the terminals on the back of the refrigerator.
