Un-winterizing your camper
Is it as simple as:
- while still in winterizing mode (ie. water heater bypass) set the water system to regular operation (rather than that suction mode)
- fill up the fresh water tank with water
- then flush the various faucets, shower, toilet
- flush out the fresh water tank (the rest, because i put RV antifreeze in it)
- empty out the grey water tanks
- fill up the fresh water tank with water
- change the water heater bypass to the regular setting
- fill and get the air out the water heater (forgot what the name of that is, but with that pressure valve thing)
Is that it?
what steps can i take to not make this list longer, but perhaps shorter?

so, in general, when the fresh water tank has been drained - put some antifreeze in it? Trying to simplify while preventing wreckify...

Eh, tequila-addled brain - you're right. Was thinking again of winterizing, not un-winterizing.

For the water heater, don't use the pressure relief valve to remove air. Instead, go to the furthest faucet from the heater and turn on the hot water until you get water flow. That way you know the heater is completely full of water and you won't damage anything when turning it on.

MoonShadow has given you great advice. Think of it as basically pushing all the antifreeze out of the lines with fresh water. Then pumping a bleach solution through the lines to sanitize them. I like to let the bleach solution stay in the lines overnight, then rinse them out with fresh water.

For one, you can winterize with air and not use antifreeze. Then all you have to do is hook up your water and bleed air and you are done.....but many here are still fans of antifreeze, which I'm not, so that's my $.02
I set a pressure regulator at 40 psi and walk around blowing everything until every port blows dry and done.2021 Reflection 367BHS

No need to put antifreeze in the fresh water tank. Just make sure to drain it completely before putting to bed for the winter. Leave the drain valve open.
Since you did, though, fill and empty it a time or two to rinse it out. RV Antifreeze is not harmfull. It's primary ingredient is actually used in many baked goods. But still not something you would want to drink lots of.
Bleaching the tank (and the rest of the system) is a necessary periodic thing to do, but not because you put antifreeze in the fresh tank.2017 Imagine 2670MK

I know this is an option but personally I never trusted it. I have seen water flow back to a low point then freeze but it does usually work.
On a side note on antifreeze, ever notice the ice maker will make pink ice cubes?? How it doesn't freeze in the lines enough for damage but still will freeze in the freezer. Things that make you go Hmmmm...2021 Solitude 375 RES-R
