Generator only provides AC power to the Microwave

We have a 2020 351m. When I run the generator it will only provide A/C power to the microwave. The other 120 volt appliances and plug do not have any power. Thoughts?

Has it worked before? Is there power when you're plugged into shore power? Have you checked breakers?

Have you checked the breakers on the generator? There are 2 breakers, 1 for each leg of power.

It has worked before. There is power when on shore power. I have checked the breakers on the Generator and the breaker box, no issues. Thank you.

Is this a "wired-in, permanent" 240v generator? If so, generally, the generator and shore power both feed into a transfer switch. (Mine - an Onan 5,500 - is in a Solitude 380FL). When the generator is started, the transfer switch will flip to the generator which will then supply the 120v AC breaker panel. In mine, the microwave is a separate breaker on one side of the AC panel. Is yours the same? If so, is whatever is controlled by the breakers on either side of the microwave breaker on that side of the panel working - an A/C unit for example?

The next thing I would do is physically check, with a multi-meter, that you're getting power from both legs/breakers on the generator. The breakers may look like they're not tripped, but one of them could be bad. It happens.
