If you have the Dometic 1350 model four door refrigerator your refrigerator owners manual installation instructions are in the package. There are six screws that secure the refrigerator to the enclosure. Your top two screws are probably backing out or loose. I had this happen and needed to install different screws. If you don’t have any manuals for the refrigerator google your model number and on pages six and seven will show were the screws go. As always be careful watching for electric/12 volt wires in that area. It’s really an easy fix. Good luck

Correct. There are four screws on the bottom, two on the inside of your rig and two outside in the access compartment. The two on top most likely have come loose as checkmate pointed out. That’s your first place to look.

It's trying to tell you it needs to be replaced. I recommend replacing it with Haier double door countertop depth residential fridge

If you take the doors and stripping off the upper part of the unit, it's screwed into the header board above it. Either a screw vibrated out or Jake and Amos never installed one or more of them.
