Norcld 2118X Temp Control Button not Working

We recently took delivery of a slightly used 2018 Solitude 375-RES as our temporary home while we build. We love it. The 2118X Norcold fridge seems to work, but the setting is fixed at 6 and it is freezing food inside the refrigerator section. I am unable to change the setting up or down. It just sits there at 6. I haven't seen this issue in the forums, so looking for help. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. Have you tried killing the 12v and 120v power for a reset? Sometimes electronics just need a reset every now and then. The control board is powered by 12v, so make sure to kill both sources of power to the fridge.
