Upstairs smoke detector won't stop beeping

Hello all, I did do a search, but could not find any info. My upstairs smoke detector beeps about every 2-3 minutes. I do have the main power unplugged, I have taken the battery out, I have replaced the battery with a new one, Etc. What else do I need to do to stop this. (We have a 2020 29rs Solitude)
    Thanks

If you are keeping the RV in storage, best bet is to remove the battery cables or install a true disconnect switch. It's common that some things are installed upstream of the factory "disconnect" switch and remain energized.

Thank You for the reply FT4NOW. Another question now is when I hook everything back up, is the detector going to start chirping while we are camping. And yes we do have it at a storage lot with a battery tender on.

I have to remove the fuse that powers our CO2 detector (the one that is hardwired to 12v) when we store our rig between trips in our garage. . I keep our It's the same place we keep our golf carts. Charging them makes the CO2 detecter go nuts.

Maybe it's where you are storing your rig?

Can't you just leave the battery out until you are ready to use the RV?

Thank You for the reply traveldawg. I did take the battery out and it still beeped, so good idea about removing the fuse. I will do that tomorrow.

If it is truly the smoke detector, and you took the battery out, it can't beep. It is not hard wired.

Smoke detectors are about $1.95 right now, so replacement is as easy as turning 2 screws.
