Furrion Microwave Replacement
Has anyone replaced their Furrion Microwave with a Microwave/Convection oven.? Our gas stove has a lot of variance in heat and we almost always burn the bottom of whatever we bake.

B4 replacing the microwave you could try putting a pizza stone on the bottom of the oven above the burner. It helps distribute the heat a bit more evenly. Also with the limited size of the rv oven we have along with the stone I turn the temp back just a bit and if room an inverted cookie sheet that has sides to raise the pan above the bottom a little.

I'm using an inverted cookie sheet (with raised sides) currently. There's just enough room between the solid cover of the flame unit and the rack. Well, sort of. The rack is sitting on the cookie sheet, so it still gets pretty hot and causes darker/burned lines in the bottom of whatever I'm cooking in the oven.
