    Lol, yes, a typo for sure. 15,000 watts sure would keep the coach warm though.

    I had the same problem and after some research, I decided to press and hold the Fan and Down button at the same time for three seconds and the digital t-stat brought back up the Heater option. After I saw that holding down the UP and DOWN temp buttons toggles the Fahrenheit and Celsius, I thought I would try holding down different combinations. I dare not to repeat the process but I believe my correction was the fan and down button.

    I do not like the Furrion Thermostat in our 2021 Imagine. Would much rather prefer to have a basic one like like I had in my '97 Prowler.

    If you have NO error codes on the thermostat and HEAT option is not displayed the the issue is most likely the connection to the A/C control gateway .. The furnace is turned on via signal sent to the main Zone A/C unit ... if the gateway cant see there is a furnace installed then it wont display that... and of course no heat.. Check connections
