Horizontal caulking?
My question....does GD use putty tape under all of the metal trim strips that cover the seams between fiberglass and metal?
Similarly, do they use putty tape on the slide out side trim strips where the roofing material extends over the side?
I ask because I am considering removing the screws and caulking them individually to eliminate water seepage into screwholes...or perhaps they are already sealed?
Thanks!

There is/should be Butyl tape under all of the metal trim strips. You should be able to confirm by removing a screw.
