    Dun that

I painted the cabinets in our 315, took about a week off and on, would I do it again of course.
I used a foam roller (important to get a smooth finish), wash the cabinets with TSP, 2 coats of Zinsser B-I-N Primer (shellac), 2 coats of paint with valspar Cabinet & Furniture. NO sanding needed even on the sticker laminations. You are not able to scratch it off of any surface with the corner of a credit card.
Also did a glaze on the cabinet doors and drawers in the same color as the island.

Installed some sticky tiles from amazon around the stove (clean that real good with TSP or they don't stick too well, painted some tiles in the shower for that cool look haha

I took the trim around the slides off and planed the back sides flat (already flat but not smooth) and got a color match on the valspar Cabinet & Furniture in the dark brown trim sticker that's on a lot of the sliding doors that you find around the bedroom front closet (don't have pictures of that yet). Also painted the bedroom door and the bathroom door dark brown as well.

No, not if you have a nice clean surface it will last years and wear like normal paint, that shellac primer really gets a good grip.

Jared @jungleb0y - wow !, nicely done !!! Thanks for sharing. It all looks great together. The whites, light grays/light blues are all the rage in the last few years. Carol and I have noticed this in the new homes we have been looking at during this time and we do like it.

    VERY nice!

I once did a motor home - walls and everything. I lightly sanded all surfaces to clean and promote paint adhesion. Then 2 coats of primer and 2 finish coats (spray and brush). Just remember - a lot of the "wood" surfaces (especially the framing) is just paper or vinyl over press board.
