Auto Level Doesn't Work

My Auto Level doesn't work I get an error message. I can manually level no problem. The last time I used it everything was fine.
After hooking to the truck, I always hit retract all, when I did that the left landing gear only went part way up. After hitting retract all a few tines the left leg went all the way up.
When I got to my destination the landing gear worked OK, when I hit auto level I get an error. I was able to manual level with no problem.
I have a Solitude 310 GK any suggestions?

Did you try turning off the leveling system and then turn it back on again? This usually clears any error messages I get and the auto-leveling will work again. If not, you can find where the control module connects to the rest of the system and unplug it for a minute or two to clear any memory. It may have to be recalibrated after that. I have found Lippert tech support to be most helpful when I have called them in the past: 432-547-7378.

When I have experienced errors with my 4 point system I've had to "rehome" the jacks to clear the error and set things back to normal. Instructions are on Lippert's website. Easy fix.

Your system is the electric Ground Control system - the OP's system is the hydraulic Level UP system. They work differently.

What error message are you getting?

Just a few ideas;
Are you starting with the nose high (above level)? When unhooking, I check the angle readout on the display and make sure I am nose high before hitting auto-level.
Does the hydraulic pump just stop then you can restart it in a few seconds? I am wounding if your auto-reset breaker is tripping.
Is your battery fully charged and are you plugged into shore power when you try to level? I find the leveling system is very sensitive to low voltage and/or a weak battery.
Is your battery disconnect switch "connected" (so you can not remove the key)? They can get bumped and will effect the systems even if plugged into shore power.

The auto-leveling process begins by the dropping the nose BELOW level. If your rig cannot get below level a few degrees, for example if you use blocks or jack blocks (like the ones below), or you're on a nose-up sloped lot, it throws an error and stops.

The easiest answer is the simplest to fix: remove blocks and try again.

Do you have one of those central control-everything panels (Lippert OneControl)? If not, the box on the basement door with the buttons is what needs to be unplugged. I suggest calling Lippert Customer Service and letting them step you through everything. They'll know exactly what you have when you describe it to them and can tell you just what to do to trouble-shoot things.
