For the wet bolts. First replace the grease nipples as they may be plugged. Then jack up the rig from the frame and see if that will take grease. If not you are in for the fun of replacing wet bolts. Not that hard but takes some time.

Thanks all. I just submitted a warranty claim with dexter.
Now that I am waiting for parts (brake assy), I can mess with the bolts. Yes, my first try is to remove the offending zerks and see if they are plugged. If not, then maybe the bolt holes are plugged.

I’d jack it up first. Clogged zerks are usually from age.

I agree with jkwilson, my 2020 303RLS wouldn’t take grease in 4 of the wet bolts until I jacked it up and that released the pressure on the bolt enough to let the grease in.

I also agree...and that is what I did to get 3 of 7 on the left side to take grease. It has been about 2 years since the factory lube at build occurred, so maybe that is long enough to clog zerks.
BTW, dexter wants to send a complete set of parts including a new drum, bearings, seal, cover, etc.

Well I got the warrantied parts from dexter and installed them. Just need to test the new brake and break it in.

Just got back from 1300 miles of not so good roads with the 5W, including 30+ miles of unexpected wash board dirt road. My paint marks have not moved a bit so I will declare victory on this repair.
Still need those 2 pesky wet bolts to be lubed though...
