    Theater seating Replacement.

We are researching for replacements on our Theater Seating Recliners for our wonderful 2018 310GK. Obviously Thomas Payne is NOT a option. Is RecPro durable? Other Options?

We have just ordered a Lambright Harrison RV double recliner love seat from Bradd And Hall in Indiana. Lambright RV furniture is Amish-made (not cheap) but is used in a lot of the high-end class A coaches. We had material swatches sent and are having it made with UltraLeather to match the Ekornes Stressless recliners that are where the sleeper sofa used to be. You can look at what we ordered here:

    https://www.braddandhall.com/Product...&idcategory=12

The options we ordered are low back, power reclining with outside controls, and the UltraLeather upholstery. It should arrive in Maryland about the same time we do this summer (shipping to the kids' house).

Thomas Payne currently does not use pleather any more. They use a Vinyl that is “supposed” to be long lasting. If you go to them and file a claim they will likely send you a 20% discount on new seating.

We went with RecPro cloth theater seats with power recliner. It seems very durable. The seat backs are not as tall as the Thomas Payne they replaced therefor it doesn’t support my head when in the reclined position. It fits my shorter wife fine.

Here’s a picture. I am going to add the 6” center console. https://www.recpro.com/recpro-charle...rage-in-cloth/

Also went with RecPro cloth. Agree with above. Also the armrests on the sofa are not as high as original sofa.

Looking like we will be going with Lambright "Amish" units. Thanks for your input. It's appreciated!

Forum hint: not that this is a particularly long thread with lots of participants, but you can clarify to whom you are responding by using the "Reply With Quote" button at the bottom right of that person's post (and to the right of that is the multi-quote button). We’ve actually been pretty lucky with our Thomas Payne. I’ve had them for four years and finally one of them started peeling on the headrest. Found some vinyl repair on Amazon. It’s a big roll that sticky on the back, and it matches almost perfectly to the seats. I put it over the headrest section of the recliner that was peeling and you cannot tell the difference. Just an FYI

I bought valencia brand theater seats. Not cheap but got great reviews on YouTube. Real leather on parts of it. (Not back and sides)
