That's a good call. At some point when you can, you'll need to drop your underbelly beneath your sink and the low point drain and inspect. Maybe plan on redoing insulation if present. Sadly, good RV techs are just hard to find.

Yes, I will do that. My warranty was up just a couple days ago, but was in for leaking and documented. Have video of water pouring our back end where wires come out. Time to probably call Grand Design. I know I'll probably end up solving and fixing myself. Sad techs too busy and problems like this take too much time. Not sure if kitchen faucet related probably not. Have camper very warm now and still no hotwater from kitchen faucet. When it warms up later this week that will rule out freezing if thats it.

What seems odd is cold water side has been fine. Still wonder if this faucet has some kind of a cartridge in.

Well, it warmed up into 30s today and hotwater is now working in kitchen. I guess it was frozen. Odd thing that the cold did not freeze. Now it's time to figure out why a 4 seasons rated camper can't handle Temps in 20's with heat on.

Why hot water lines freeze first:

"Four Seasons" is a marketing ploy.

Removed a couple of screws under camper. Water lines are laying right on top of the bottom of camper. There is not and insulation under the camper! Of course my lines are going to freeze!
Isn't this supposed to be insulated?

In the Reflection line, the floor is insulated, but there is nothing on top of the Coroplast underbelly. You can check it out here:

    https://www.granddesignrv.com/showro...n/construction

When we had these issues with our Reflection 337, I put foam pipe insulation around the PEX lines to the kitchen island and added insulation on top of the Coroplast.

    Thanks Rob,
Easy fix. I was going to wrap pex also and put insulation. I just had the assumption about the insulation. Did you use insulation with paper on one or both sides? R#?

You don't want to use anything with paper in the underbelly - a polyethylene vapor barrier is much better. I used two layers of Reflectix.

    KDRunner,

I hope this helps you find your leak. I have a reflection 150 series 290BH and recently had a leak at my low point drains like you. What I found was a small leak at the T-fittings where the water comes in from the city water and then splits to the bathroom sink. If yours is like mine behind the wet bay, check the flexible rubber hose that connects to two pex lines, both cold and hot will be roughly above the low point drains. Mine was by the heater exhaust tubes, had to remove those to access the repair. Slow drip would make its way down through that same spot.

I realized this probably started leaking because I forgot my pressure reducer on campground water and I think 80 psi or higher was sitting on my system for hours. Huge goof. I had to cut out the T-fittings, then cut the hoses back to an unstretched part and reclamp them with a pex tool. No leaks now so far.

I know this might not be helpful if your layout is different, but I hope it gives you a place to look.
    Rick
