RV Lock help

Hi folks, I have an RV Lock and it’s about 1 1/2 years old. Had my trailer parked in front while we finished our trailer “Hanger”. Moved the trailer back and went to lock the door and the keypad made a chirping noise when 1 was pressed intermittently. Need to verify the batteries. Has anyone had that experience with these locks?

The normal beep changes when the batteries are weak. I change them about every year.

Thanks Rob. When I hit the 1 button it makes like a bird chirping noise and no longer accepts any inputs. I changed out the batteries in like November. It is weird.
