    Easter Eggs in your trailer

Easter Eggs, you know those things you find that are unexpected. I was not surprised to find the usual in our new trailer, such as saw dust and bits of debris here and there. But I was surprised to find an open can of ABS cement, and caulking gun with silicone behind the breaker panel arrea. I assume a worker left for a break or shift, and another worker closed the basement wall up, without looking. Still hoping to maybe find a screwgun in there sometime Curious if others have found anything.
I also wonder how you explain the missing tools over time to your supervisor.

Beside the GD build crap, we do sometimes hide our own for our grand daughter to find! Its soon to be that time of year - great lead in...

Would hate for my trailer to be the one built after yours and not get caulked due to a missing gun!

You see the same in residential and commercial buildings. Even in renovations.
Got a fluke multimeter at work, multiple contractors and no claim after a few months. It was forgotten in a HVAC unit. A Rigid shop vac and Brad nailer a couple of years ago from a home reno where the contractor never came for even after I left him a couple of voice mail.

Found a great LED flashlight on top of my engine checking my oil. Contacted the repair shops and nothing missing. Have no idea how long it had been there (car was 6 years old at the time) but been using it for years after buying a charger at Batteries Plus.

Friend of mine noticed a horrible smell after living in their brand new home for over six months. Took them weeks before they ripped the sheet rock from the wall covering that dead space toward the bottom of a staircase. Empty bucket of chicken; well, not totally empty, it was used as the trash container for the bones, napkins, etc..
