Roof inspection question
While inspecting my roof to get ready for the camping season I came across something I've not seen before. There was a bubble in the lap sealant around the shower skylight. It soft and easy to press down. I linked to a short video below. Is this a problem and if so what's the best way to fix it? Cut it out with a knife and cover the resulting hole with more lap sealant?

I’d probably cut it out and reseal.

I would start with cutting it. Once you cut it you can determine if there is enough left to maintain the seal. What you are seeing is typical uv breakdown coupled with an air bubble.
