Replacement Tires for 2017 Ford HD F250 HD Diesel
I'm researching replacing my original tires (275/65R/18E) factor installed Continentals on my 2017 Ford F250, and wanted to check what members of this forum if there are any recommendations. The more research I do on the internet the more confused I become. My camper is a 36' 5th wheel Reflection. Thanks!

I bought my F-350 used about 10 months ago. It had off-road tires on it that looked like they had 20-30K on them, but they were very loud. I wanted a quieter, all-season tire and went with the Michelin Agilis Cross Climate (L275/65R20). I've got over 14,000 miles on them, 8,000 with Harvey (our fifth wheel) behind me, and I love them.

I’m interested in this also. My 2019 has Goodyears that will need replaced before winter. I’m leaning between Cooper Discoverer AT3 or Falkien Wildpeaks.

I recently replaced the Michelins on my 350 dually with the Goodyear Workhorse tires. Nice tread pattern, nice ride and quiet. A good all around tire and reasonably priced. I got mine from local Ford dealer but these are the ones I'm talking about......... https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...=765SR8WWATOWL

I put on the Cooper Discoverer AT/3 tires several months ago. I had them on my last truck, and liked them towing. They updated the tire several years ago, so I have not towed with the new version yet, but so far, they have been great in the rain and snow. Better in the snow than I thought they would be, and do well off-road (mud at the dump).
If you are looking for just on road towing tire, the Michelin Defender tires have the best reviews for long lasting towing tires. I was going to go with them, but wanted a little more aggressive tire.Last edited by Wileykid; 04-06-2022 at 07:11 AM.

I also changed over to the Cooper Discoverer AT/3 last fall from factory Goodyear highway tread. I have towed in the rain and unfortunately in the snow also. I am very happy with this tire. It's as quiet as previous tire while giving more aggressive traction. If you look at many older tire reviews here, like I did, there were many happy users.

thanks! The Cooper discover SRX and the Endeaver Plus are two on my list. Since I do not do off road stuff I was considering any AT tire, but maybe I'll reconsider.. Thanks again!

I have found that the "all terrain", like what comes stock are a challenge when you're pulling/parking on wet grass. The slightly more aggressive tires work better. The only off roading I do is getting from point "A" to "B".

I'm in the market also and considering the Goodrich All Terrain T/A. I had them on a previous half ton and really liked them. They were quiet and wore well.

Take a look at Falken Wildpeaks. I have a set of LT tires on my 150. I like them so much I had the dealership swap them over to this truck from my old one with about 2000 miles on them. They now have 40,000 on them and are just starting to show some tread wear. I was going to get Goodrich All Terrains but the tire shop talked me into these. That saved me several hundred dollars and I'm happy with them.
