Solar Suitcase Confusion

I recently received a Renogy 200W solar suitcase and trying it out for the first time and am confused. Here’s what I have:

Initially, there’s no major loads turned on in the trailer and the Victron BMV is reading -5W. However after connecting the solar as per the Renogy manual, there’s no change to the reading on the BMV, still at -5W. It the solar doesn’t appear to be having any impact to the batteries.

Seems like it should be pretty simple yet what am I doing wrong here?

Anyone have these how do you hook 2 of the up . I bought a y connector haven't tried it yet though. Maybe a better way not sure

I would suggest using the "submit a case" button and they'll email you a response. I had no luck getting thru with a phone call.

Hijacking my own thread here. . .

Now that I have this Renogy suitcase, I discovered a ATEM suitcase system that's about half the weight and ~$60 cheaper:

I'm speculating the weight savings is due to the plastic panels instead of glass. Possibly more durable but more prone to scratching? Otherwise, they look pretty similar.

Anyone have any info to share? Thanks!

We have a solar ready 2022 Momentum. I know nothing about this topic, was it difficult to set up, and how much power does it give you?
