Congrats and welcome to the group. Maintenance, inspect the roof regularly, inspect the caulking around the windows. The goal is to prevent water infiltration. Bearings inspect/repack every 12 months or 10000 miles. Tires pressure. I'm sure something else will come to mind shortly.

No it will not break window. Extremely common to use. Just don't force it anywhere.
