    Cool Stuck blackout roller shade

    Help! I have a blackout roller shade that got stuck in down position in my 2018 Reflections 303RLS, anyone had this problem and any helpful tips on how to fix it would be appreciated

    Ours did in the bedroom. The internals snapped. I called grand design customer service and they shipped a new one. You can gry winding it to tighten the spring (youtube it) first

    At the left side of the roller is a ribbed disk. Turn that a turn or 2 and then you should be able to wind back up. It's a tight fit.
