High Pressure Water Hose Source!

I had a blue hose under our slideout that kinked and leaked. Supply to freeer ice maker. Couldn't find any hose locally so I called Grand Design parts service. They do carry it. Its available in blue and red. It's called High Pressure 1/2" hose. Thought I'd pass along the part numbers should anyone need it. Sells for seventy one cents a foot plus tax and shipping.

I have a 373FB-R. Do you have to pull the refrigerator out from the wall? If so, should I do that with the push out in the inside position our pushed out? I don't want to take a chance on damaging my pushout during this process.
