Travel advice needed
Hello RVers, We have a Reflection 303 5th wheel and will be making a trip through Tombstone,Az, then to Grand Canyon, then on to Yellowstone (West entrance). I have never driven, RV or otherwise, in any of those parts of the US. We are leaving May 10th. Any thing special I need to know regarding wind, weather, roads, etc… Leaving from Central Texas area.

Low Bridge clearance and tight winding roads are what to watch for. If a semi can't drive it, neither can you. We stayed about 10 miles outside of West Yellowstone and had no problems. If you want to see Yellowstone go as early as you can (suggest daybreak) to avoid crawling and sitting still in traffic. Enjoy your trip!!
On edit, I'm moving your question to the campground/travel section

Purchase and download a digital copy of The Mountain Directory. It's invaluable for learning about grades and roads unsuitable FOR RVs. I have the combined version (East + West) and use it all the time.

You can create a signature block with your RV and tow vehicle information (see mine below). That way you won't have to repeat that information whenever you post or ask a question - and others won't have to ask. You can create a signature by going to:
Forum Actions (on menu bar) -> Edit Profile -> Edit Signature (under My Settings on the left)
