Dometic RM1350SLMX Cooling Fans

I have a 2019 reflection fifth wheel with a Dometic RM1350SLMX in the drivers slide. This is a two side wall vent system. As with most absorption refrigerators the temperature will fluctuate depending on outside temperature, ventilation etc. My unit has four fans below the exterior condenser coil. The wiring diagram shows all four fans connected together however only one fan is working.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Time for the VOM. Check to see if they're getting power, and replace with similar sized fans. Most of them are pretty much computer fans, and tend to not be exceptionally weather proof.
