Grey Water & Black Tank Cables Lubrication

2019 Reflection Fifth Wheel 337RLS.
Any suggestions on how to lubricate the dump valve cables.
They have always been tight but getting much worse.

Mine were quite bad last year. Took the nut off in the wet bay & pulled it into the basement. Took PB Blaster to it, then Zep 45 & tied it to the ceiling. Put it back together the next day. Works well. Now every time I close the valves I shoot a little Zep into it.
The motorcycle lubers never really worked for me, made a bigger mess.
It may take some time to get it to work well, but I think it's better than replacement.
