    Drain Valve Extension When Dumping.

My kitchen gray tank valve does not pull out as far as my main gray valve and black water valve. It's been like this since it was new. The tank seems to dump OK but I thought about it today and figured I could ask around.

    Is this common?

    Thanks for any help.
Yes. Totally normal. The kitchen grey tank dump is a 1-1/2" (or 2"?) valve. The bathroom grey and black tank valve are 3". Smaller valves have a shorter travel.

Thanks, Chris. I wasn't aware it was a smaller size. I appreciate the info.
