    351ms

Looking to possibly trade up to a 351ms if we can get a good deal.
I know most MSRP listings are showing anywhere from 140-160 k.
So what is a realistic price I can expect on paying.
    TIA

There are a few dealers out there that will get you close to 30% off MSRP. Just depends on where you are and how far you are willing to go to get the best price. Anywhere close to TN - give Cookeville RV a shout. I picked up my fully optioned 351M-R (just before the switch to the "S") last August for under 6 figures including full body paint. I can't believe how much things have gone up, but understand it given I am in a related industry and see the increased labor cost and the global supply chain issues affecting everything.

    Thanks
I know in past years you could expect 30-40 % under MSRP.
Hopefully supply and demand levels out and prices come down.

This data point is probably no longer useful, but, for comparison, I bought my 351M (2019 model) with every option except body paint for 72K (which included a 20K Goosebox to replace the standard kingpin). I don't think that's in the cards anymore, but, as eggs said above, I was almost 40% under MSRP on my RV when it was all said/done.

and now a 351MS lightly equipped with no body paint has an invoice over $90k....actually call it $100k.

I think my invoice was around 100K. But that was every option minus body paint. IIRC, I was about 30% under invoice, so that would make sense, 100K invoice, 72K buy price.

No, not MSRP, actual dealer invoice.

    MSRP on a 351MS is now $140k +

Sorry, my mistake. MSRP on my 351M was about 100K. Actual price paid was 72K. Sorry about that, good catch.
