Hydrastar Wiring
I'm installing disc brakes on our 2021 397th. The factory connects the switched leg from the breakaway switch to the brake wire going to the camper. The Hydrastar needs to have the wire from the truck brake controller separate from the breakaway switch. That means pulling another wire from the pin box back to the actuator. I'm looking for suggestions on how to make that happen. I really don't want to pull apart the skin of the camper to feed a wire. Thank you for suggestions on how you made it happen or have seen how someone else did it.

It's actually fairly easy to pull a wire from the pin box to the front compartment. Loosen the screws on the underside of overhang (aft of the pin box) and use some fish tape starting from the pin box area and send it back towards the compartment.

Thank you for the suggestions. I found that on our rig GD used a gray jacketed cable with two wires in it. A blue wire that connects to the TV's brake controller and a white wire for brake ground which we're not going to use any longer. So I took that white out of the ground bundle, clipped the breakaway switched leg from the two blue wires and connected it to the white wire that was the ground. It was easy to find the gray jacketed wire in the front compartment. Cut it and wire as needed. I got this from an etrailer Hydrastar installation video.
