I'm not going to say night-and-day. But quite different (and better). It is like you feel the bumps with the truck but not when the RV goes over them. I like the ride. Wifey doesn't feel it so much.
Today I discovered the best reason for switching. I kept the SRE4000 wet bolts and springs as a friend wanted them. The bushings in every component were worn beyond belief. And I kept them well lubed - or so I thought. After what I saw I'd say wet bolts need grease every 2000 miles, 5000 was too much.Larry KE4DMG

Well that's disappointing. We put on 12K this year with a lot of leveling and hitch height. I lubed the wet bolts at 4500 miles post first long trip and embarrassing suspension noises every time we pulled out of a campsite. They've been absolutely silent since and that's been over 7K miles. But, maybe another shot before winter or in spring for sure.

Today I learned how to use my Inverter. The entire operation was not explained to us at all when we bought the rig, a 23G. Shame on me. It should have been a red flag to me when they could not tell me why there was two battery shut off 'keys'. Through reading the manual and experimenting, I determined that the key switch in the front right storage compartment is only used to power the inverter. So it is not needed to drive, or camp when hooked to shore power. Once I figured that out, and how to turn on the Inverter with the switch, I still had no power. So I took off the removable door and looked and the GFI outlet on the inverter was tripped. So I reset that and plugged in a box fan and was able to get power to the fan.
But still no power to the rig. So I looked to see what was attached to the inverter and...Nothing. So I looked around the compartment some more and found another box with a power cord on it. It had some tags on it that said AC power, etc. so I plugged that in and yes, I finally had AC power to the outlets.
To be honest, I only tried 1 outlet. I didn't try the A/C or other outlets. I'll do that another day. We don't plan on boondocking much, so probably won't be using this much unless for emergencies. I guess I need to figure it out before we use it again.
anyway, that's what I did today! I learned something.

It didn't happen today, but earlier this week. I drove to Elkhart and had the MorRyde 7K IS with disk brakes installed on the 376THS. The 600+ mile drive home arriving on Thanksgiving was enough to know it is a worthwhile upgrade. The bounce over bridges on I-70 - gone, creaking and groaning from the camper - gone, rail road tracks bounce the truck but not the camper, and slamming on the brakes because the idiot in front of me was on the phone instead of driving may have saved an accident.

I completely agree.
We were at MorRyde just before the 4th of July of this year. Awesome service. We got the morRyde pinbox too. The Solitude is 1/4" (low in back) from being level when hitched.
The brakes work so good, I need to look in the mirror (if there is time) before hitting the brakes.
Each IS is custom made for your rig
Not our's, but some one ahead of us. We toured the plant.
Our pinbox
All the axles, leafspring, etc are GONE.
All done and waiting for us 2 and a half days later. (we stayed in a motel nearby).

It was an adventure! A bit colder for our trip, but the service and people were awesome. We stayed in the camper in the shop, and much quieter than the parking outside - Trains.
Snow! Ugh!
Axles off. Getting ready for the IS
The IS
Installed
New pump for the disk brakes
Looking forward to our next long trip. Deciding on Key West or Grand Canyon with Alaska in 2024 we hope.
