    Hot Water Heater Leak

    Everyone and Anybody,

I was de-winterizing / flushing the system in my 260rd 5th wheel this past weekend and noticed water leaking all over the floor. Did some investigating and noticed a major leak on the weld seam for the water in-take for the hot water heater tank. What a major cleanup and mess, but was wondering if anybody has run into this, and knows of a fix, short of replacing the whole tank? Any help on this would be great. Going camping this weekend and unfortunately will be by-passing the hot water tank for the time being. No in-camper showers for me this weekend.

    Thanks

Did you get this fixed, we have the same thing with our RD260? Did you do this yourself?

    Thank you

A water heater replacement isn’t difficult

You can see the leak at the seam?

I have a 2019 385GK with a leak in the water heater hot water outlet. Is it possible to isolate the hot water heater in the nautilus system so I still have city water/pump water available and the hot water heater does not fill?
